In years gone by I had received
regular acupuncture treatment elsewhere, and knew how effective regular care
could be. My general wellbeing has improved and, although the prolapse is still
with me, and will remain so unless I give up my gardening profession, it has not worsened nor have I experienced any further
prolapse of the bladder or rectum, and I still have control over those functions. The massage is a pleasant and cleansing
experience. I especially enjoy the use of Moxa.
There have been other benefits which are less tangible, but my stamina
has increased, the frequency of my migraines has greatly reduced, which may be as a result of a greater peace of mind.
My interest in yoga has been rekindled and I am now happily attending a class which is leading me to deeper meditation, strength
and flexibility. I feel sure the treatment has enriched my life.

‘I had unexplained
tingling in my arms and legs and was concerned about my general wellbeing. On
checking my blood pressure it was found to be elevated. Mr Hardiman’s treatment
lowered this to normal and it has remained normal for 4 years. Even when going
through a health trauma last year which necessitated an operation, my blood pressure was considered ‘’perfect’’
every time it was checked. When I retired I moved to Canada so was unable to continue with the treatment.

I first went to see Tony
some months after having had whiplash from a minor car accident. I was suffering with severe neck and back pain and,
having had no joy from doctors etc. Tony, on recommendation from a close friend, was a last resort. I was having trouble
driving, walking, sitting etc. (all causing me pain). After just one treatment with him I felt like a new person! I
couldn't believe it - I should have gone so much sooner. For the first time in months I was almost pain free and, having
been very restricted in movement, I was able to look over my shoulder properly to check the blind spot when driving.
I have visited Tony many times over the years for a variety of problems as I regularly have joint problems and, after many
years of getting no result from physiotherapy, Tony has been the only person able to relieve the pain.
As well as muscular/joint
pain relief Tony is always on hand to help with mental/emotional issues. On a number of visits I have ended up pouring
out my heart/feelings to him and its amazing how much this and a good cry can help sometimes.
I have always felt very at
ease in Tony's company and open to any suggestions for treatment to help me and I feel he adapts to whatever the problem
I go to see him with. On a few occasions I haven't felt much different when leaving the clinic but the next day the
effects are obvious.
My main treatment recently
has been work on my shoulder which Tony has assisted me with as much as possible and advised the best way forward to get things
right again. I would visit more often if I didn't live so far away but this, and financial restraints, restricts the amount
I can attend his clinic. As Tony is the only person i have found able to constantly assist in my pain relief, I do feel
it is a great shame that I am not able to see him under National Health rules and thus have to suffer pain due to financial
reasons.
Tony doesn't just deal with
one injury/problem you may go to see him for. If he finds other issues he'll sort them too e.g. I once had a gastric
bug when I visited so he sorted that too, something I don't believe could be done in normal medical visits!
As my Dad once said to me about Tony ' I don't know exactly how he does it, but he does, and he makes you
feel better!'
Tony has also assisted
with healing of my children. He told my son what had happened to his leg and drew a picture almost identical to his
x-ray just by looking at him. He has then made sure things are healing properly and given pain relief to both my children
who were recovering from injuries. Tony also helped my son's breathing when he was suffering from asthma. I have recommended the clinic to family and friends, many of whom have visited and been treated
by Tony. Some have attended regularly, others although happy with the results have not returned due to distance, finances,
or not needing to as he has sorted their problem! One friend of mine, who had a back condition, stopped taking his pain
killers of many years the day after visiting Tony.
I will definitely continue
to go to the clinic and regularly recommend other people to. The art of Chi healing sounds quite strange to most people,
I always say people should give it a try, they'll either love it or just not return (though the majority do) - you have
to feel it to believe it!

Tony was recommended to me by my Father. My job was of high stress level,
attending my sessions helped me to re-balance my lifestyle. I continued to see Tony throughout my first pregnancy and
also took my little girl to see him when she was suffering from digestive discomfort and teething pain. I was
present during these treatments and my little girl also responded in a positive way to the treatment.
I will continue to visit,
and bring my daughter to Tony for treatment.

I attended The Chi Clinic in Cheam Aug/ Sept 2005. I had a red itchy rash all
over my torso arms and legs that I had for best part of two weeks. On this particular day the symptoms were a bit extreme,
told my boss I was going to go home for a bath in bicarbonate of soda to try and relieve this. I did not even get that far.
Suddenly I got really unbearably hot and itchy didn’t know what to do to the point of wanting to tear my skin off. So
I phoned Tony who said come straight along to the clinic.
When I got there I told Tony my sequence of events he sat me down and did
an acupressure point just off centre on my breast bone on the heart side. With that, the heat was just drawn out of my back
leaving me almost instantly. The relief was immense.
The cause was probably being hypersensitive to a fair amount of salmon that had
been consumed at the time. The rash then cleared up over the next few days. For which I owe him a great thanks

CASE NOTES
This was an obvious case of anaphylaxis
and the condition would have developed into anaphylactic shock had no treatment been applied.
The quick way to stop histamine production is to initiate the shut down of the thymus using acupressure points. This is a common method known to many acupuncturists and is highly effective. There is no need to administer adrenalin in most cases.

I am a retired police officer who now teaches young adults physical exercise and
lifestyle, discipline, expedition skills and act as their life skills mentor. My wife has been in constant pain for the past
15 years with arthritis. I was looking for a form of social exercise that would assist in stress and pain management. I had
always been interested in martial arts having played judo and wrestling in my younger days. Whilst talking with a family friend
The Chi Clinic was brought up in conversation and I decided to see if they had anything that would help both me, in exercise
for stress relief and health, and for my wife in pain management.
I was not disappointed. In fact it has sparked such an interest that I have become
a therapist myself.
From the moment I stepped through the door I was welcomed with a smile and an
easy manner. All who were there for my first Tai Chi session were the same. Relaxed, happy and smiling. Lee and Vickie, the
instructors, gave excellent instruction with a willingness to impart their knowledge in skilful and relaxed way. From that
first lesson I knew I had found something that fulfilled my need.
I attended some workshops in Tai Chi and Chi Kung which enhanced my knowledge
and skill of the art and I met Tony Hardiman, Chi Do Master. It was at this meeting that I shared an amazing experience with
Tony of feeling Chi energy. In a quiet and skilful manner Tony showed me how to direct that energy. From that day I wanted
to know more. I wanted to know whether I had found a way I could help my wife
with her pain management.
I attended a Massage Therapy course run by Tony and Vicky at The Chi Clinic. Here
I was shown expertly how to use that energy, by way of massage, to help others. It has helped me ease the constant pain my
wife is in. As a result I have started my own small practice at my college where I help staff manage and relieve their stress.
I have also been asked to lecture on stress management to Higher National Diploma students studying Public Service Management.
Students who are seeking a career in the military or blue light emergency services.
By walking through the door of The Chi Clinic I have learned how to deal with
stress and pain management. I have found teachers that have earned my respect and given me thirst for knowledge and I am now
passing that knowledge on to others.
Thank you Tony, Lee, Vicky and all the students that I have enjoyed sharing the
learning with.
S G
NOTES
This man is the ideal student. Highly
intelligent and responsive to all forms of tuition.
